Earlier this week Florence Welch, also known as Florence + The Machine, announced her 2026 UK & EU tour! The tour will follow and celebrate the release of Welch’s sixth studio album Everybody Scream, set for release on Halloween - Friday 31st October 2025.

Supporting Florence + The Machine will be Paris Paloma, who opens all shows across the tour.

The album’s title track was released last week with an accompanying video directed by Autumn de Wilde. Everybody Scream was written and produced by Florence Welch over the past two years with collaborators Mark Bowen of IDLES (who appears in the video), Aaron Dessner and Mitski.

Florence's recovery following lifesaving surgery on the Dance Fever Tour took her down the path of spiritual mysticism, witchcraft and folk horror as she felt the limits of her body and explored what it means to be “healed”. The album. as such, explores themes of womanhood, partnership, aging and dying.

Prior to the upcoming album, Florence has released five - Lungs (2009), Ceremonials (2011), How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful (2015), High As Hope (2018) and Dance Fever (2022), and has become one of the most monumental and successful artists of a generation. Known for her earth-shattering live show and singularly powerful and iconic voice, Florence has sold out shows and headlined festivals the entire world over.

We can only find two previous performances by Florence + The Machine in Sheffield - on Tuesday 3rd February 2009 at the O2 Academy, and on Saturday 12th September 2015 at Sheffield Arena, so we're well chuffed to welcome Florence back for her third performance here, it has been quite the wait. We can't wait to hear her voice once again in the Steel City.
