The Leadmill is celebrating the 10th Anniversary of their stellar Comedy Club, which has been hosted on the first Wednesday of every month since 2012. Offering night after night of laughs for the city ever since it's inception, tonight promises to be extra special.
There is already a fantastic roster of now famous comedians who have graced The Leadmill Comedy Club stage in the past, including James Acaster, Joe lycett and Troy Hawke to name just a few. Whether you're looking to catch the next big act, or support excellent local comedians as they start out, the comedy club has been, and still is, the place to be.
Tonight's extra-special bill includes 4 of the best on the scene. MC'd by award-winning comedian Nina Milligan, the lineup features Dana Alexander, a Canadian performer who is hot off a sold-out run at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival, plus British comedians Peter Brush and Dean Coughlin, both of whom are beginning to get recognition for their stellar writing and performances.
The entertainment will, as always, be accompanied by mouth watering food provided by Icarus and Apollo throughout the night; it is one for food lovers, as well as comedy fans.
