As if Pitbull, aka Mr Worldwide, performing in Leeds for the very first time wasn’t exciting enough, three more icons have joined the bill for a stacked line-up on Friday 3 July at the first edition of Roundhay Festival.

With over 25 million albums sold and a catalogue of global hits like “Timber,” “Give Me Everything,” and “Time of Our Lives,” Pitbull has cemented himself as one of the biggest crossover stars in pop, hip hop and Latin. Known for his high-energy, his headline set is expected to anchor the festival's opening day and get the party started.

How could the day get any better? Well joining what will be the biggest party of the year are Jason Derulo, Tinie Tempah and Lil Jon. These icons need no introduction, but let's recap just how incredible they are.

Jason Derulo adds further global star power to the bill. With more than 250 million singles sold and billions of streams worldwide, he has delivered a string of chart-dominating hits including “Talk Dirty,” “Swalla,” and the Billboard Hot 100-topping “Savage Love.” As both a chart force and a major social media presence, Derulo continues to bridge music, culture and online influence, and arrives in Leeds off the back of his ongoing world tour and new music releases.

UK star Tinie Tempah brings homegrown influence and a lasting legacy in British rap. Since breaking through with “Pass Out” in 2010, he has achieved multiple number one singles and albums, helping shape the UK music landscape over the past decade. With recent releases signalling a strong return, his inclusion adds both nostalgia and continued relevance to the line-up.

Completing the current bill is Lil Jon, known for era-defining tracks like “Get Low” and major productions such as Usher’s “Yeah!,” as well as the global hit “Turn Down for What,” he remains a powerful live performer, bringing a high-energy, club-driven edge to the festival.

Roundhay Festival, a new addition to Leeds’ 2026 summer calendar, is set to take place in Roundhay Park, with multiple days of live music planned. The event is already building momentum, with Lewis Capaldi announced as the headliner for Saturday 4 July, joined by Conan Gray and Jacob Alon, and further acts still to come.

With tickets on sale now and more announcements expected, Roundhay Festival is shaping up to be a major new highlight in the UK’s summer festival season. Book yours here.
